my next film will be called "Dogmatique" and it'll star Peter Bones,
the dog and Will Franken, the great comedian. here's a picture of them together:

it's a film about existential terror.
i had sussed it out in new orleans or actually from here to there, in a car or in an airport where,
though i am smoke deprived, my head is free to zone. also the beginning is from a dream i had the other night.
it starts like this:
TITLE SHOT: a dog runs mechanically in place in the middle of a large spinning cog.
FILM OPENS: a weird
dream: like Isaac Newton, a man speaks before a gathering of wigs]
NARRATOR:
I had a dream that I was very
clear in my conviction. I announced it before the assembly.
INTERTITLE:
"It is the exact same distance
one is far from life that one is far from oneself."
NARRATOR:
But later that night my cricket came to
me and said, 'You are only a shell of who you are. It is you who hide from life and chase fantasy.'
I live in a
city of escapees.
I rent this fortress between them and me. Their noses are all growing.
[the shadow of
a man, his nose grows into a snout]
[a man peers from beneath his blankets in bed. Out the window he can see other windows,
rising up as far as the eye can see. In each window there is a dog]
