I was able to experiment with rear-screen projection on a small scale.  My friend Sasha had brought over a new mini projector device so we hitched it up on a bed sheet in the center of the kitchen.

  Mr. Franken was kind enough to play our guinea pig as the camera captured and combined the projected background and the subject before it seamlessly. 

I foresee this being my bag from now on.  Emi did this great swerving light on Will and Ben Wa captured a beautiful tight shot as i had the wide, looking forward to using this technique on a larger scale...

I was invited to speak at a sci-fi convention in san jose.  here's a klingon:

It was call "the directors kickstart panel".  It took me back to theater class, like not a day had passed, I was completely fine until I got to the podium and then my body revolted and i began to vibrate like jello -truly excruciating! I think I'll be 80 and still have no control over my body.

Sci-fi folks are good people.  I bought a tribble and met Lillian Csernica who just got a pirate romance novel published in German.
